I bought this bag because I was tired of carrying around multiple bags and wanted a spacious, attractive bag that fit the contents of my entire life. I love it! It fits everything nicely without becoming too bulky. I love that I can use it as a backpack or sidebag. It's great for school, work, and traveling. In addition to getting a great bag, I'm happy to support a local company that has a strong set of humanistic, environmental and social values.

Overall i love this backpack! it does hold less than i expected when my laptop is inside, but it's not super small. the plastic clips that secure the front flap seem a little cheap, especially when you consider how much the backpack cost - i guess time will tell. also, i really wish there were a side zip pocket or a zipper pocket on the front flap to house a few dollars, my debit card and my id allowing for easy access when i need to make a quick purchase.

This is a great bag. Perfect sized and versatile. Added shoulder strap for $20 and well worth it. Lots of small touches make a big difference.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loved it! He used to use a timbuktu bag, and now, after getting a Rickshaw bag, he will never use the old one again.

The new on is multi-functional, looks great, works great and is durable.

The bag looks great and is sturdily constructed. The compartments are useful and handy. While I bought the bag for the expressed purpose of bicycle commuting, I have not used it for that purpose yet. However, just carrying it around the office, it doesn't seem to sit comfortably on my back or shoulder. I'm going to try to order the shoulder strap and see if that improves things. Generally love the bag though - would recommend it highly!
