The outside pockets are useless, as is the ID window. It's made in the Wrong Place, so it's stiff. Two Simple pockets wouold be a better choice - I returned my Deluxe Pocket.

For a bag priced over $75 it is not worth it. It is very flimsy and the messenger bag does not stay on the shoulder, it keeps sliding off. Had to buy another bag as this one did not work well for me.

My biggest single complaint is the velcro was clearly installed on the wrong side of the bag. It is on the outer edge of the interior of the bag, instead of the side against your body. It makes it difficult to open the zipper pocket whereas, the timbuk2 bag I have of similar design has the zipper pocket against your body and the zipper is far easier to open. The outer side of the bag is not as firm as the part against your body and I have to use two hands to open the zipper pocket. I find when this drop pocket is used it gets in the way of accessing the interior of the bag for other items. I love the built in key fob but why oh why did you install it inside the zipper pocket that's so difficult to use.
I have a large laptop bag from rickshaw that I love, this smaller bag and the drop pocket in particular were disappointing.

I expected a little more of this component considering it is the only internal segregated storage available. I think it either needs to be larger (for the Large Zero Messenger) or perhaps just a bit smaller such that two of them could be added to the bag. Or alternatively offer another internal component such as a cord organizer that could go in alongside the Deluxe Drop Pocket.
