Almost perfect. Well made, good looking, surprisingly spacious. The only issue I have is the location of the handle. Since the handle is not centered on the flap (it's attached to the rear panel of the bag), the bag doesn't hang straight down making it awkward to carry.

Overall, this is one of my favorite mini bag and will recommend to anyone.
I'd been searching for a side bag to replace my mini backpack, which was rather difficult as I wanted the same features but in side bag form. Well, after months of searching, I finally came across this bag, which came the closest of all bags I found.
The main criteria was that it have pen holders. I also wanted extra zippered pockets, and most bags just had the one small zippered pocket and two small slip pockets, which got frustrating quickly. I was very glad to discover Timbuk2, and from reading their reviews, Rickshaw Bags from there.
This bag is almost perfect. It just needed another zip pocket on the outside wall of the main compartment. But the deluxe drop pocket fits perfectly (even though by official measurements it's a little too big) and adds all the pockets I could need.
With the drop pocket, I have six pen slots, which makes me very happy. 2 in the front compartment, 1 in the back zip pocket, and 3 from the drop pocket.
The back zip pocket also has two slip pockets, which are perfectly sized for my 5.3" phone.
The side slip pockets on the outside are, well, kind of useless. They're too small to fit anything other than an amusement park map, and not really secure enough for other kinds of paper. Certainly they're no good for water bottles, which is almost a shame.
The only real flaw is the shoulder strap's tendency to release if the bag is picked up and the strap attachment is tangled. I can't figure out how it releases, but it does, and if I'm careless, then I have to catch the bag and take the time to reattach the strap. I don't carry anything fragile, so it's not a huge problem, but it's still an odd problem.
I love the handle AND the hang loop. I love the colors I chose, even if it is a bit bland (because silver cordura isn't actually shiny, regretfully). I love the magnets that keep the flap close, even if it makes me wary of keeping flash drives in that front-most zip pocket. I can't tell if there's any extra shielding under the velcro.
The bag by itself is a bit heavy and isn't quite as roomy as I'd like, but it's already heavy on my shoulder, so it's a good exercise in cutting out dead weight. It's also bigger than the measurements on the page would have you believe. It seems to be the measurement of the main compartment. It's 8" tall and 5" in depth (when empty. When full of stuff it gets wider.). It's a bit narrower at the bottom than on the top, though with the flap you'd never notice it. It's 10" across at the bottom and 11.5" at the top, though the flap makes it appear 11.5" even.
Overall, absolutely no regrets buying this bag. It's my everyday purse. I've had it for half a year and it still looks like new. I expect it to last me a very long time.
