Pros: Attractive
Cons: -

potentially the worst messenger bag I have ever owned, and byt far the most expensive.

So here is a quick list.

the craftsmanship is only so so, there is a lot of excess fabric, making it way heavier than it needs to be, and with all this fabric i still can't fir a 17" mac book due to the shape of the bag.

the material is not durable at all and is very prone to staining, I've only carried this on one trip so far and it is already a mess.

the color on the website don't match the colors on the bag, which is super depressing because i sent a lot of time picking them out this and waiting for it to come.

the flap is useless, the bottom straps don't go the whole way under, making it so that the bag cannot really be tightened.

all the hardware is plastic, the strap close is pitifully small.

and lastly thee are way to many logos on the product.

this on top of the fact that the customer service is very slow, i never received any sort of tracking, and my original order wasn't satisfied within the time stated on the site.

I will not be buying fro you again and truly regret my purchase which in total was well over 300 dollars.

so disappointed

Pros: Attractive, Easy to use, Spacious
Cons: Uncomfortable

i love my bag -- it looks great, and is very functional in terms of space and capacity. however, it is pretty uncomfortable to ride with a full load for anything longer than a mile or two. i'm a little disappointed in that aspect of the bag, but i did purchase the strap cushion which helps a little.

Pros: Attractive, Spacious
Cons: Uncomfortable

To all the people who say their bag hangs too low. Write to Rickshaw and they will send you a shortened strap for free. I bought Public's Large Zero Messenger when they launched their website. At 5'2', the bag's strap was too long when my bag wasn't packed full. The strap would slip off my shoulder and I felt myself constantly readjusting. I requested a strap shortened 2 inches and now the fit is almost right. Because of how you reattach the new strap, I would recommend requesting it be shortened 4 inches. Rickshaw, please test the strap size out on petite people when the bag is empty and the strap is adjusted to the shortest length. I'm glad I'm not the only reviewer who finds the strap too short. I love the capacity. I'm able to fit all my commute clothes. I love grocery shopping with it. Fits a gallon of milk and half a basket of groceries (full basket of groceries without the gallon of milk). Public's design with the main white body got pretty dirty, but that's what I get for picking a white bag. But the orange lining gets a lot of compliments and makes it easy to find stuff.

Pros: Attractive, Easy to use
Cons: Uncomfortable

Despite its customizable strap, it's slightly uncomfortable for me, I wish I had gone with the other bag from rickshaw, but I would definitely recommend this company. I love the fact that I was able to somewhat customize my is quite a beautiful sight as far as bags go. But seriously I wish rickshaw would put some kind of zippered pocket in here without us having to pay extra .

It's been awesome! So much space!! Maybe throw in an optional divider in the big pocket.
