Cons: Folio warped, Too Small

The moleskin was a VERY tight fit. I had to force the Moleskin in in and was difficult to zip with only 2 pens. The interior plastic and the cardboard used to stiffen the outer covers of the folio warped and became (and is still) deformed.

I contacted customer service at Rickshaw to see about returning the product. They could not have been LESS helpful. I received the following, telling me about HIS portfolio. What does this have to do with my problem????

1) I'm testing out My Classic Folio right now, and with four pens, there's enough room to hold other flat papers. The idea is to have a snug fit, so pens and loose papers stay in one place during transportation.

2) We don't use any adhesives in our Folio, and the plastic can be slightly misshapen by our binding process. The only thing I've found to help with rigidity is keeping the Moleskine in the Folio, and pens in each slot.

After other useless responses from customer service, I did get this "We would offer a 30% discount towards any future purchase" NO THANK YOU, I'll go back to TIMBUK2 for the quality and excellent customer service

Unfortunately, I had to click a star to continue, otherwise I would not have give this product any stars

Cons: Too Small

I paid $79 for a tiny product and was shocked to receive an ordinary organizer so common in Asia. It would not cost more than $20 over here. so disappointed. It's a scam.

I have no use for this.

Pros: Attractive
Cons: Difficult to use, Heavy

I was hoping for something that could help me better organize my (beautiful!) Rickshaw biker bag, i.e. essentially to provide more convenient, easier-to-find-stuff pockets/compartments for things like: transit passes, ID-access card, cell phone, pens, makeup, sunglasses, sets of keys, documents. unfortunately it does none of this. i have to unzip it to access anything (and most of these items i need immediately, i.e. transit pass, pens, ID-access card for my elevator bank). And it does not accomodate most of these items, i.e. cell, makeup, sunglasses, keys, multiple cards -- and its too small for 8x11 documents). unfortunately, the moleskine folio is just another, too-heavy, inconvenient-to-access item in my bikebag, so, after carrying it around for a week along with all the other items (listed above), i'm actually not using it. it's beautiful, but not at all functional for my needs.

This folio is the perfect companion for your moleskin. You can use it to carry all your essentials (metro card, ID, etc.) and still have your journal handy for jotting down thoughts and ideas. The case is durable but stylish - you'll want to show it off!
