Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Spacious
Cons: -

I love this backpack. It's been great for commuting in summer heat, with or without a laptop. Holds everything you might need for a day at work -- lunch, umbrella, sweater, notebook, etc -- without looking or feeling bulky. Can fit a bike helmet in it as well. The seatbelt straps are comfortable in my experience although I haven't loaded the bag down too much.

I found Rickshaw Bagworks by typing 'coolest backpack' into Google. I wanted a backpack because other bags were making me a bit lopsided muscle-wise on my back because I carry books around. And I've a kickbike I do a bit of commuting on. But I didn't want some ugly thing (hence the Google search). I got to customize mine as part of a special; I love the graphite performance tweed/moss green interior look. The medium size suits me just fine, big enough for all my stuff (including books) without being huge on my back. In my opinion, it combines being well made and well thought out with being a nicely understated but classy looking packpack - not so easy to achieve I wouldn't have thought. Arrived quickly considering it had to make its way across oceans to Australia, I thought I'd be waiting much longer. Thanks guys!

Great little bag. Simple. Excellent as an airline carry-on and around town use. I would buy large size though next time

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Spacious, waterproof
Cons: Straps are very short

I love this bag as much as I thought I would! I saw it on a stranger and promptly ordered one. Heavy duty quality everything but end result is lightweight.

One suggestion: the robust zipper leaves a bit of a gap where the pulls join. This might just be a dream but if the same zipper could be made to close more snugly, the waterproofing would be perfect.

I also would love some way to creatively and securely attach a water bottle to the outside so it would not take up inside room. Don't really like to 'biner it to the back tabs as then it swings annoyingly.

The real and only reason I did not give 5 stars: the standard straps are short and this is gonna be a problem in winter when I wear puffy jackets. I am at the end of the strap wearing it over t-shirts now. I am a 5'6" average size woman with short arms so I can't imagine how this works for a big guy! I'll try it and I guess if it doesn't fit I will send it in and ask Rickshaw to customize it for me in that way. I really like the seatbelt type straps generally. Not as bulky as regular padded backpack.
