Pros: Attractive, Comfortable

I love my new Sutro backpack. I like that is has a very defined shape. Personally, I'm prone to hauling entirely too much stuff around if I've got the space, so the Sutro gives me just enough space for the important stuff and not enough room to schlepp stuff I don't really need. It's slimmer depth is nice on the bus, too. Far easier to get through a crowded bus than one of the big, square, blobby bags.

I could not be happier with this bag. It is perfect for commuting, a day trip, you name it...I only wish it had more compartments, especially for a cell phone or water bottle.

Very comfortable and quickly becoming my favorite backpack. Planning on using it for hikes in Yosemite in the coming weeks. Great bag and fun experience getting to personalize it.

The Sutro is fantastic! I've been commuting with it daily for about a month now and I can't come up with a single gripe about it. It fits perfectly on my back, as well as in my basket (I like to switch it up, depending on weather, how long of a ride I'm going on, or whether I've picked up groceries [read: beer] along the way, etc.). I am a huge fan of its tall and narrow profile ('svelte' is the word that comes to mind), and to be able to reach in through the side to grab contents at the bottom of the bag is so helpful (especially since this is usually where my toolkit is found). My Macbook fits nicely in the laptop sleeve, along with a library book-- there is pretty much nothing this bag can't do.

I wish I had some constructive criticism, but the truth is I just don't. It's a really wonderful bag and I'm looking forward to using it for many years to come. Thank you again, so much. You guys are incredible.
