Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight
Cons: A bit too small

Would be nicer to have the depth a bit bigger. It is a bit cramped to fit all that I need in it.

I love my Rickshaw bag. It has an organizational space for everything I need and it's attractive! So happy with my purchase!

After wearing out my last waterproof computer bag I began looking for a replacement. I researched and compared a lot of waterproof computer bags before purchasing my first Rickshaw Commuter 2.0 bag. I am impressed with how much room I have for my computer and all of the papers I lug back and forth to work as a teacher. The bag is tough but professional looking, I chose the graphite tweed.

You can get a water bottle in the side pockets but it is a tight fit. I also love the magnetic closures. This is a very high quality bag and I am very happy with my purchase.

Bag is great ... seems to carry the right amount for a day at work.

Laptop sleeve should be selectable when purchasing the bag (13in or 15in). It only seems selectable if you explicitly contact Rickshaw about it.

Could be a little better for carrying drinks e.g. portable coffee mug or water bottle, and/or lunch box.

Main criticism is with the order process for the customisable bag - the photos on the order page did not match the twitter photo in the workshop. I ended up getting a lighter colour bag than what I wanted.

Tried to respond to Rickshaw about this but with no effect. It's impractical for me to send it back from Australia, so I'll just get used to it and move on.

I also think that you should advertise/push your accessories on the order page e.g. phone holder. For those of us where shipping is an impost, this would encourage more purchases (e.g. phone case).

All in all though, an excellent bag.

Cheers,

Paul
