I LOVE THE COLOURS! But a pity that my moleskine notebook was a little too thick and I have some difficulty opening and closing the folio. Other than that, I wish there was more book space :)

Best in class!!!!!!!!!!!
Waterproof, when I am working remotely, it is nice to NOT have to worry about plane, bus, rental tickets and ALL of my notes............ because when you leave the US, EVERYTHING is run by little pieces of paper....................... <sigh>
Your product is wonderful :)
I'd been looking for a cover for my Moleskine notebook, and came across this, and it's perfect for the job! Protects the notebook, and also room for enough pens/pencils and some other bits 'n pieces. I carry pen refills, small USB cable, eraser and small USB flash drive in the zipped pocket, and business cards in the window pocket.
I got the sail-cloth material and it's great. I love that you can pick a combination of colours and fabric and have the item made to order.
Also, the customer service I got from Rickshaw was amazing. I had a problem with the delivery of the item (no fault of Rickshaw), and they where so quick to reply and rectify the issue. Very impressive, many companies could learn from them.

I keep a sketch journal which I use regularly, and plan to take the folio on a trek in June. It is handy having the Moleskine, pens and brushes in the same place, and I like the sturdy construction and waterproofing for rugged use, and that it lies flat. However, there are 2 things I would like to change:
1. Replace the 4 individual pen pockets with a zippered mesh compartment the whole length of the folio which would allow more versatility. I could then pack (flatly) more pens and brushes, and would even be able to include a little paint box. Stashing more pens or anything thicker than paper in the zippered area behind makes the folio too bulky to zipper up. I feel the current design is wasted space. I am aware that some might prefer the organized pockets. Perhaps these 2 options could be available.
2. It would be handy to have a flat grab handle sewn along the folio spine, as the material is somewhat slippery.
