Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Spacious, Stands upright
Cons: Unfriendly to my water bottle

I did a lot of research and had many contenders on the list, but this is the one that won out. This is an awesome bag. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The only drawback is that the side pockets are about .5 inch too small for my 20 oz water bottle. It fits, but it's a struggle when I have my laptop (13" MacBook Air) in my bag. So, a half star for that half inch missing from what is otherwise and incredibly thoughtful design. This is my first Rickshaw, but I may just be a customer for life.

It was fun getting to choose my own colors. I didn't realize that the inside of the bag would be a light color which makes things really easy to see in the bottom of the bag.

I have stuffed the bag so full that I could barely close it with the buckles. It will hold my lunch, shoes and a three-ring binder. I like that the bag stands up so files are easy to get out of the bag.

The only thing that disappointed me was that my laptop must be a little larger than 15 inches because it does not fit in the sleeve. So the sleeve immediately went into my closet and I will have to find one that fits my laptop.

While I thought the bag was a bit pricey, it helped that the shipping was free (orders $100+) and I'm especially glad it was made in the USA!!!

I own several mesenger style bags that I use both for work and as camera bags for serious hobby photography. This is the best bag I have used of this type. Very well made. More ridgid bottom then most bags of this type provides more protection for equipment/electronics inside. Shoulder strap perfect. It rotates to stay flat, grips well and is easily adjustable. The interior compatments are well thought out and usefull. Two minor suggestions. One water bottle net pocket on the outside would be enough. One outside side pocket witha zipper would be more usefull for glasses, cell phone etc.

A detachable centered handle for those who feel this is important would also be a great option.
