Pros: Attractive, Spacious
Cons: Uncomfortable

The Commuter 2.0 turned out to be a little bigger than I had expected, but otherwise is a great bag. I primarily use it for walking to and from work and was planning to use it for biking in the summer (not sure it's going to be as nice as a Zero Messenger might be though). I found it to be a little bit wide when loaded up with a 15" Macbook pro, with very little contouring around the back/sides which left it feeling like a board hanging back there. That's my only complaint, otherwise it's awesome, very spacious if that's what you're looking for. The waterproof covering works great when it's raining.

Very well thought out, design wise, great construction. I am always looking for the perfect bag, for everyday use as well as travel, an the Rickshaw Commuter 2.0 Skinny Laptop Bag is it.

I couldn't be happier with everything about the bag, and everyone at Rickshaw.

Thx for making the bag.

Pros: Attractive, Easy to use
Cons: -

I use mine daily as a teacher bag. I took out the laptop pouch and can fit an ipad, 3-ring binder and a couple oversized books easily. I love the small pockets in front for keys, phone, wallet, etc and I use the side pouch for my water bottle which is gigantic but fits easily. I had wanted to wear it sideways across my chest but found this uncomfortable. The strap padding is not shaped for this and I found it too bulky and didn't like how it slid into my neck. Not a big deal, I now wear it over my shoulder and like being able to adjust the straps easily. LOVE the fact that it stands up. I keep it on the floor by my desk and can easily grab things in and out of it throughout th day. Now I just need to save up for another color!

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Spacious, Stands upright
Cons: Unfriendly to my water bottle

I did a lot of research and had many contenders on the list, but this is the one that won out. This is an awesome bag. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The only drawback is that the side pockets are about .5 inch too small for my 20 oz water bottle. It fits, but it's a struggle when I have my laptop (13" MacBook Air) in my bag. So, a half star for that half inch missing from what is otherwise and incredibly thoughtful design. This is my first Rickshaw, but I may just be a customer for life.
