Pros: Attractive, Lightweight
Cons: no dividers, no pockets, the strap is not easy to loosen/tighten while wearing it

i received a bag from a friend in the form of a voucher and was told twice that i had to come in to redeem it. However, i was not able to do so and was told --rudely-- twice tough luck and send someone in my place. i finally emailed (twice) and was finally able to order on line. when the bag arrived, i thought it was cute, but not that easy to wear/use.

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Spacious
Cons: doesn't come with velcro silencers (magnets)

I LOVE my small zero messenger bag. The size is perfect - holds all my every day stuff, a book, my knitting, a sweater, a water bottle, with room to spare, but isn't so big or bulky that it gets too heavy or unwieldy. The cross-strap is probably the best accessory in the universe - I absolutely love it, and want to buy them for all my friends.

Minor Regrets: I wish I'd realized that messenger bags don't come with velcro silencers - and I wish that Rickshaw would add the silencers to the "accessories" page, because they are really necessary to protect my knitting or cashmere sweaters from the evil snaggy velcro. I contacted customer support, and they were kind enough to let me buy a set of silencers, but I'd have preferred to get them up front (and not pay extra shipping for them). I also wish that I'd realized the colors are a lot brighter in real life than they are online - the bright orange is CRAZY BRIGHT! I still love it, but I might have picked slightly different colors.

I received this bag as a gift and absolutely love it! It holds both my tablet and Kindle (with a dodo case) perfectly while leaving plenty of room for other everyday items and staying comfortable to carry. The adjustable strap is easy to use and allows for quick adjustment. Overall, this bag comfortably holds everything I need for both play and work. Because of it's uniqueness and style, it works as both a causal and professional bag. It's the perfect bag!

I bought a medium zero messenger bag when I was at the Ferry Building in San Francisco on a trip. I really liked how it fit; the bag across my body felt like it was perfectly balanced. I was impressed enough that when I got home I ordered this customized small zero messenger bag in colors to match my new road bike. I am just as pleased with this one as I am with the one I originally bought. When I ordered the customized bag, I ordered the cross strap for it along with a second cross strap for my other bag. I can't seem to figure out, however, how to put the cross strap on the older bag. t seems like maybe it had to be threaded through the big strap while it was being originally sewn, and it leaves me wondering if you can't do the cross strap as an after-market addition. Maybe someone from Rickshaw can give me some pointers as to how to put the cross strap onto a bag's strap? other than that, I am very pleased with these bags and would definitely order more or recommend them to friends.
