Enormous bag, made to order, in shades of complimentary (wait for it!) TWEED of all things. It's waterproof, seemingly bottomless, of impeccable workmanship, and quite possibly, the most versatile and frankly, fun bag I've ever owned. A 15" MacBook Pro (Retina) fits quite comfortably in the optional laptop sleeve (lined in something crushed and red), and the bag is more than capacious enough to tote along a panoply of cords, adapters, widgets, and even a change of clothes. It is extremely easy to pack this bag beyond whatever Health & Safety or OSHA would likely recommend or the average back even begin to tolerate, but thus far, the excellent seam work has held strong. I'm at a bit of a loss for what, exactly, the additional backstrap does, but at $5, it's worth the meager up-charge (on top of an already somewhat steep sticker price) to fiddle around with it in the hopes of figuring it out. Note: the waterproofing material makes the bag sound a bit "crinkly," but that's hardly a nuisance when compared to the water damage to any precious cargo inside that it prevents.

I've had a number of bags that I've used over the years. I've been satisfied with none until I designed and ordered my large zero bag!!! Having recently joined the ranks of green commuters, I either walk, bike or ride public transportation for my 3.5 mile commute to or from work. The zero bag has not let me down in the short three weeks I've owned it. I can carry lunch, change of clothes, running shoes, plus work materials and a laptop. I simply love it and my co-workers think it is about the coolest manpurse they've seen.
Overall, It's a gr8 bag.
I get a lot of compliments.
Yesterday, I had 2 run to the car in the rain.
It was reassuring to see the water bead off and slide down the bag.
Kinda wish they maybe offered a little bit bigger version.
As a expecting dad, it might be a little too small for a diaper bag.
I will however be giving it a shot.…
potentially the worst messenger bag I have ever owned, and byt far the most expensive.
So here is a quick list.
the craftsmanship is only so so, there is a lot of excess fabric, making it way heavier than it needs to be, and with all this fabric i still can't fir a 17" mac book due to the shape of the bag.
the material is not durable at all and is very prone to staining, I've only carried this on one trip so far and it is already a mess.
the color on the website don't match the colors on the bag, which is super depressing because i sent a lot of time picking them out this and waiting for it to come.
the flap is useless, the bottom straps don't go the whole way under, making it so that the bag cannot really be tightened.
all the hardware is plastic, the strap close is pitifully small.
and lastly thee are way to many logos on the product.
this on top of the fact that the customer service is very slow, i never received any sort of tracking, and my original order wasn't satisfied within the time stated on the site.
I will not be buying fro you again and truly regret my purchase which in total was well over 300 dollars.

I've been using my new Rickshaw bag for a week and have so far been very very happy with the purchase.
The purchasing process was good. I shared my purchase with Facebook and Twitter during the checkout process but didn't receive the discount which was ok but I don't think it was ever tracked that I had submitted my twitter ID for updates. I was anxiously awaiting the tweet from Rickshaw to see my new bag in the works.
Once I received the bag, I noticed that it was actually bigger than anticipated. Perhaps some video demonstrations of the product would be great to see. The images are great but it's really astounding how much the bag can actually hold.
Now that I have the bag, I'm wishing that I had purchased some of the extra accessories like the laptop sleeve and the pocket.
Overall, I'm really happy with the bag and would recommend Rickshaw to anyone looking for a well made, durable bag. I think Rickshaw is positioned well to be engaged in the community that they've created so it would be great to see more of that implemented like the Facebook and Twitter conversations.
