This, along with my other Rickshaw bags are awesome. I purchased my first bag at the store in SF, they were extremely nice, and i think the owner actually helped me. Sweet bag yo.

Great customer service! I actually had to tweak my order a bit after getting some input from my girlfriend and all it took was a short email. Bag is great. The tweed isn't plush or soft, but has a more rough/rugged texture. Not what I expected, but definitely a pleasant surprise. This was my 2nd rickshaw bag purchase and I'm very happy with both.

It was bigger than I thought. I returned it and re-ordered and sent funds for the inserts.

It was very well made.

This is my second large messenger bag from Rickshaw. The first is still going strong, but I really liked the tweed fabric so I ordered a second. OK, so I'm shallow.

The bag does what it does without fuss. The wide strap is comfy even if I have too much photo gear in the bag. I have tried the Rickshaw pad for the strap on the previous bag, and I ended up taking it off as it was more in the way than helpful. I transferred the insert from my old bag which makes switching bags easy if I want to go back and forth.

Two suggestions for new products:

* a divider insert for photo gear that would keep stuff from migrating around. I don't want some huge padded thing, just something with some nylon partitions.

* a FasTrack transponder holder for the strap. For some reason the clear pouch I'm using doesn't seem to allow the thing to work well.

But all in all a lovely, well-made bag that does what is says.
