Love this bag. Sometimes I wish it was a little slimmer but then I remember I can pull off an overnight work trip with this bag alone. The velcro drop pocket is a must.

Rickshaw bags was introduced into my life by pure coincidence; I saw some of their bags hanging on a rack (I want to say it was somewhere in the Ferry building) and then in the following days noticed that same distinct logo being sported by people while walking through the streets of San Francisco.

I looked them up online, and paid a visit to their store in the Dogpatch (it's really a great store/warehouse). I was instantly hooked, and as my luck would have it they were having a 50% online sale.

I ended up ordering a medium Zero Messenger in graphite tweed, jade trim, and mint green (which I don't think they offer anymore) interior. I also added on a shoulder strap, 13" laptop sleeve, and the large deluxe pocket. The bag and its accessories are of outstanding quality and construction...the fit, feel, and esthetics were truly planned to great detail, and it definitely shows.

I do want to add some minor criticisms though, and when I say minor, I do mean it. One, if you get the shoulder strap, you'll be limited in how tight you can pull the buckle/cinch to decrease the length at which your bag will hang from your shoulder. It's a little hard to explain, but once you get the bag and see how the shoulder pad is attached, it becomes clear that you won't be able to cinch the buckle all the way up without taking the shoulder pad off. Second, I wish the outer velcro was just a tad bit stronger...the interior velcro that holds the accessories are super strong, while the outer velcro appears much weaker. I understand that this may be by design, since you want to easily access your stuff, but it's just my personal preference to feel more secure that the flap won't whip open.

Other than that, this is the best bag I've ever owned. Thanks Rickshaw!

Quite possibly the best bag I've ever owned. I just recently used it as an overnight bag and couldn't believe how much I could fit in it, and that includes all my usual gadgetry. I suspect it will last me for a very long time.

I love my bag. It is a tiny bit smaller than my last bag so I'm adjusting but overall it is great. I also got a shoulder pad, laptop sleeve, and medium organizing pouch. It all works well together and is sturdy. I love the fact that it is made by real people just down I-5 from me (well a few hundred miles, but still).
