Pros: Comfortable, Easy to use, Spacious
Cons: -

While commuting on bus and train, I need a dependable bag to carry all my essentials: binders, reports, headphones, lunch, notebook, etc. On one particularly big day, I stuffed my Zero bag with at least 35lbs of full binders and folders for a meeting. Sure I could have grabbed a paper grocery bag or some other backpack I had around the house, but my choice was the Zero for its capacity, comfort, and stylish good looks.

Great for commuting on a bike. Keeps the bag in place and prevents it for sliding to an awkward position.

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Difficult to use

I purchased this after I got my bag, so when I first received it in the mail, I was confused and thought it was something that needed to be ordered when I purchased my bag.

After investigating how the strap was going to be put on, it dawned on me that the over-the-shoulder strap comes off on each end at the very bottom of the strap.

What you'll need to do is remove the opposite side you're attaching the carabiner to, attach the hook side of the cross strap (with the clip), then reattach the over-the-shoulder strap back in it's original place.

The cross strap should come with instructions and/or a how-to video.e

Pros: Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight
Cons: too big

Keeps the bag secure, wouldn't try riding a bike without it. However, the strap is very long. As a very petite person (under 5 feet, proportionately thin), when I tighten the strap all the way, it leaves a long loop, which looks a little goofy. Very glad that it doesn't hang loose though, as that would be dangerous.
