Pros: Attractive, Comfortable
Cons: -

My frequently-flying guy likes how the bag rests against his back, instead of weighing down his shoulder. He also thinks the tweed fabric is classy yet durable.

He also appreciates the "Shhhh" magnet tabs that mask the velcro patches—who wants to be the dude interrupting a presentation with a "crrrrrrunch?" Plenty of pockets, all thoughtfully placed and sized, too.

One request—add a strap to connect the bag to rest securely on a carry-on while it's being pulled through an airport?

5/5 stars for this bag. I'm already thinking of who will be my next Rickshaw bag giftee!

Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Customer service was wonderful. Very communicative and informative. Living nowhere near SF (I live in CT) so I couldn't go and actually look at the materials in person made me anxious but all those concerns were put to rest the second I opened the box and saw the bag. The Performance Tweed is more attractive in person than I thought it would be and it blows me away that it's made from recycled plastic.

The bag is really the perfect mix of function and look. It's design was very well thought out and is just plain smart. Tons of pockets for organization but also a good amount of open space in the main compartment. The strap is ridiculously comfortable and super easy to adjust even with the bag stuffed.

A+++. I would recommend Rickshaw in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a great looking and functional messenger bag made by a fantastic company.

Fantastic bag for somebody like me. I don't ride a bike to work, I drive. I carry a laptop, some papers, and accessories. Occasionally I need to carry an extra amount of paperwork. But I work in a large office and wanted a bag that looked reasonably professional.

This really fits the bill. The build quality of this bag is amazing -- the best I've owned. There's plenty of space for my stuff -- I haven't really had a chance to pack it full but I can see there's plenty more room for doing so. The magnetic closures work well and are a nice thoughtful touch.

The bag is somewhat bulky even when empty, in part because of the bag's bottom which allows it to stand upright freely. And the fact that the large organizer pocket is on the body side of the bag, as opposed to the outside, could could cause some occasional discomfort depending on what you put in there. But so far it hasn't ben an issue for me.

I cannot rate it based on its bike-friendliness since I haven't used it in that way.

This is my first real venture into a high-end bag, and I'm very happy. You will be too, if you buy it.

From far the best computer bag I've ever had. Great quality.

The reason for which I am not giving a 5 stars are:

- Magnetic closures: super nice so I wish they will be used everywhere including for the removable laptop sleeve and the side pockets.

- Side pockets: too small and not really usable. I wish I could put a small umbrella on one side and a small bottle of water on the other side.

- A rear attacher strap: it would be nice so I could attach it to my suitcase when travelling.

- Business card holder: a bit small. It's kind of difficult to put/remove the cards even though my business cards are not that big

Overall, I really love that bag. The 4 items above are minors stuff and would only make it the perfect bag for me.

This is my favorite messenger bag I have ever owned. I have owned several timbuk2 before and a few other brands. I love the magnet closures and how the content area keeps its shape.

I wish there was a more versatile selection of laptop sleeves that could be mated with the velcro insert.
