I bought it but found i don't need it for my small Zero Messenger. I'll keep it anyways, because i can use it for my next bag which will be a bigger Rickshaw.

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Uncomfortable

If I shorten the strap on the bag, the pad won't align properly with my shoulder and ends up on my chest.

It distributes the weight nicely across the shoulder - no pain from strap even when bag is heavy.

I can't imagine using any messenger bag without a strap pad. Seriously. Nobody makes a strap that comfortable. This pad is the most comfortable and form fitting I've ever used. Worth every penny and we're not talking many considering how much time this bag will be spending on your shoulders. Just add it it now, you won't regret it.
