I love this backpack. It is great for everyday commuting and big enough to swing a weekend trip (although I like it so much I'm planning to get the bigger version as well). If, like me, you tend to throw everything in the biggest pocket of your bag and let it sink to the bottom, it can be a little annoying, because you have to dig in from the top. But there are several smaller compartments, so if you're a more organized person that's less of an issue. Looks very small for how much you can cram into it. I find the seatbelt straps comfortable enough if not perfect; if you're carrying a lot of weight you might want the deluxe straps.

Absolutely LOVE the product!
Just miss a lateral external pocket for easy access when I'm carrying the bag in only one shoulder. It sounds silly but I really miss it from my last backpack.
Maybe it could be more paddled in the back, too. Maybe not. I'm still insecure about the safety of my laptop. Hope it passes!
Thanks and congrats for the lovely product!
Cheers from Brazil.

Barely getting started with bag but love it already. A worthy successor to my 2009 Zero 23"—I was looking for something a bit smaller, with more structure and a two-shoulder carry option, and the Velo is perfect.

I found Rickshaw Bagworks by typing 'coolest backpack' into Google. I wanted a backpack because other bags were making me a bit lopsided muscle-wise on my back because I carry books around. And I've a kickbike I do a bit of commuting on. But I didn't want some ugly thing (hence the Google search). I got to customize mine as part of a special; I love the graphite performance tweed/moss green interior look. The medium size suits me just fine, big enough for all my stuff (including books) without being huge on my back. In my opinion, it combines being well made and well thought out with being a nicely understated but classy looking packpack - not so easy to achieve I wouldn't have thought. Arrived quickly considering it had to make its way across oceans to Australia, I thought I'd be waiting much longer. Thanks guys!
