The bag's design is pretty close to perfect. It's simple, functional and pretty nice looking. The construction is clearly pretty sturdy. I really like the performance tweed and the waterproofing is a huge deal when biking in the rain with a computer and important papers.

My only complaint is that I found a manufacturing defect--- a seam was missed --- and the return process has been rather slow. I guess that's to be expected with a custom made bag, but some communication during the process would be nice, e.g. an email that they received my return, or that my new bag was in progress.

I just received my bag and broke it in this weekend at a baseball game. My Medium Zero held two ball gloves, two baseballs, two iphones, keys, wallet, water, sunblock, an extra t-shirt....I could go on and on. It is extremely durable and easy to brush off if dirty. I highly recommend picking one up!

Overall a wonderful, durable bag that I get tons of compliments on. The performance tweed is prettier than I thought it would be. I was worried the velcro pockets would slip, but they don't. I wish it was a little wider (the next size up seems too big), but this fits everything I need for my day.
