Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Spacious
Cons: -

Got this as a lightweight schlepping bag to replace my fancy pants purse and boring backpack. Two front pockets great for metrocard and water bottle and fan for the nasty summer subway. Big enough for whatever winds up in my bag but not so big that I find things random things like in Marge Simpson's bouffant. Will soon double as a diaper bag that my husband isn't mortified to carry. Large drop pocket handy for small stuff. Strap v adjustable and comfy. And it's orange, hurrah!

This has been a great bag for me to use everyday when I go to work. It's lightweight and has plenty of room. The strap (with added strap pad) is very comfortable. I also have another messenger bag that I like a lot, but it has lots of zippered compartments and flaps. For me, this proved to be a negative. I work in a Federal government building and have to submit to a security search each day when I leave. Got tired of guessing which pockets and zippers the security guard wanted to see that day. I started looking for something simpler. The Rickshaw Zero Messenger bag is perfect.

Love the fact that you can design your own bag with a dizzying array of color choices. I'm also impressed by the fact that you can request some changes, without an extra charge. I like a longer strap on my bags, so I contacted Rickshaw and asked about the standard strap length on their bags (40 inches). I requested a 54 inch strap, which is perfect for me. Had contacted another well known San Francisco bag maker and found out that, while they are willing to adjust the strap length on their bags, they ask for a $25 charge to do so.

This is the first bag I've purchased out of passion rather than utility and boy am I happy! My custom zero messenger bag arrived yesterday and it feels awesome getting something that you've customised yourself and that expresses you just that little bit.

The bag itself is spacious and simple; I love the fact that as little material is wasted in the process of making it. It has the feel of quality and I can't wait to use it more.

The main thing I need to mention is the pleasant surprise that the medium messenger bag actually fits my 15' macbook pro even though its not technically designed to do so! Speaks to the surprising spaciousness of this bag! I also fit my iPad, a notebook and other miscellaneous items inside with no problem.

Although I bought this bag out of emotion, its utility is already becoming such a boon. Thanks Rickshaw for the thought you put into your products! I will recommend this bag highly to anyone who happens to ask!

I really love how lightweight and functional this bag is!. Having the possibility to remove the laptop sleeve it´s a great choice for short trips when an iPad is enough.

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight
Cons: padded strap add on makes it better

I absolutely love my new bag! Super easy to use, fits perfect for my 5'6 height, and fits all my stuff! Only thing I can think of is it's definitely worth putting in the extra $ to buy the padded strap add on. It's a little uncomfortable on my shoulder without. But over all the bag trumps all other bags!
