The bag is everything they describe it as being!!! Also, customer service was extremely prompt and polite when I decided to change my color combo after I had already placed my order. Great bag!!!

Two improvements, a very small increase in the size (width) of the iPad pocket to enable an easier fit when the iPad is in a case such as from Treegloo. Another would be the option to have the shoulder strap on swivels at both ends so there is less tangle in the strap. Otherwise probably (actually it is) the best bag I have ever owned.

I would have loved the comaprtment of the ipad to be in the inner side of the bag rather than on the external side. This would allow the ipad to rest against your body, and give it more stability. I also wish small pockets were included to put keys and mobile phones. The other point is about the strap .. would be good if it starts from the sides of the bag rather than angled from the back.

Nevertheless, I love the quick service, the customization and the lightweight.
