Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Lightweight
Cons: Too Small

I ended up buying a large to haul stuff. The med. was just to small for a computer, gym stuff and lunch ...

What about adding a newspaper sleeve to the back?

The medium Zero Messenger Bag is outstanding. Mine is customized with Marigold tweed, Saffron interior, and Mandarin binding. It looks fabulous and it's just the right size. I can fit my laptop and iPad in the Richshaw laptop sleeve and it attaches super easy inside the bag. I've still got more than enough room for other things like bicycle mags, a power supply, glasses, keys, and a drop pocket. The bag sits well on my back and doesn't slide around even without a cross strap. I think the tweed fabric has more grip than the cordura. Rickshaw made a great and they did it in the US. You can't beat that.

Thought of giving this bag a try because of the rave reviews found online. I wasn't disappointed. The bag offered space and the fact that it was customizable (without any extra charges imposed) is of course very appealing. I only wished it was just a tad more sturdy and structured although that would probably compromise on weight. All in, I will recommend the bag.

Pros: Attractive
Cons: Difficult to use, Too Small, Uncomfortable

I own several Timbuktu bags as well as a custom Nike bag purchased when Rickshaw's founder worked there. I am disappointed in the Rickshaw bag. It is closer in size to a small than a medium. It is significantly smaller than a medium timbuktu bag or my medium Nike bag, it barely holds my shoes, tshirt and shorts for a workout. The strap is not long enough for wearing over the shoulder comfortably (I'm a pretty big guy). The nylon the bag is made from is thin in comparison to my other bags. My wife took a tour of your factory for a fashion design class and suggested that I try one of your bags since I had several other messenger type bags. As previously indicated I am not thrilled with my decision.

This is a great bag. I got it in the grey-ish Tweed--pretty attractive and looks good with almost everything. The fits all my stuff, while keeping everything easily accessible. The wide strap makes it very comfortable. I highly recommend getting drop pocket for wallet, keys, pens, ID card.
