I was riding around Chicago feeling like a ninja, wearing all black. NInjas are awesome until they get hit by cars, so I decided I needed to be a bit more visible. This bag definitely is doing the job. The only potentially negative comment I have about the bag is that the reflective material is stiff and creases with minimal use. So far I don't mind how this looks (I tried to upload a photo...), but I wonder how it will look down the road with lots of wear. I also wish it had some kind of external U lock holding mechanism, but that's also not a huge deal. Other than that, I love that its waterproof, and I find that the medium size fits my 5'4 frame well.

Awesome bag! Very easy to use, very spacious and great looking!

I really like how the straps are so soft. In the past I have used bags with stiffer straps and they tend to be rather uncomfortable. These straps are amazingly soft, as is the pack. When using it on the bike, it moulds to the shape of your back and stays where it is put.

The reflective material is eye catching (great for dark winter nights) and cool when used in an urban environment.

One suggestion for an addition: a key holder on a piece of cord? Would certainly be a useful addition.

Otherwise, a very fine pack with an awesome build quality, that will certainly last for a long time to come.

This is an incredible reflective bag. I carry my papers in it while commuting on motorcycle. I really like the ultra reflective finish and the bright orange color is an added safety feature to catch the eye of zombie drivers. For anyone on two wheels this might just save your bacon some day. All details are attended to, all seams neatly finished. I added a cross strap for stability and an inside zippered pocket. I rate this perfect!

Great bag, hurts everyones eyes! Lots of space and feels comfortable. I'm not sure about the buckle of the Quick-adjust shoulder strap. Maybe I'm wrong, but it feels like it may break one day when I close it. Anyway, my Messenger Bag is touring around in the Netherlands.

I have looked at a myriad of messenger bags before buying my first Rickshaw. These bags are amazing for their price, design features and customize-ability, let alone how lightweight they are! I now have 3 of their bags and am looking forward to future styles to come out. I just wish the magnet closure was an option for their zero messengers. Also, their customer service is amazing!
