Registration Information, Preferences, and E-mail: To modify or delete the information you have provided during registration, please login and update your profile. To unsubscribe from an e-mail, please follow the instructions in any e-mail you receive. You can also send us an “unsubscribe” request by e-mail to customerservice@rickshawbags.com. Please be sure to include your first and last name and account e-mail address in your request.

Please note that your request to be removed from our e-mail list might take up to ten (10) business days to become effective. Even if you're removed from our list, if you order online, we will still send you an e-mail to confirm your order and may need to contact you by phone, e-mail or regular mail if we have questions about your order.

How do we protect the privacy of children?

We do not sell or ship any items ordered through this website directly to anyone who we know to be under the age of 18, nor do we collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us.

SECURITY POLICY

At Rickshaw Bagworks, we know that keeping your credit card information secure is vital. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit encryption technology to protect your online information.

How do we make sure information is secure?

We use the latest encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) to secure your personal information. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. This coding makes it extremely difficult for anyone to reach your information as it moves through our ordering system.

Certain browsers will not allow communication through secure servers. If this is the case, you won't be able to place an order online. If you have any problems placing an order online please print our on-line order form and place your order by fax or phone.

Federal law states that your credit card company can't hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card number is ever used without your permission as a direct result of ordering on our website, we will reimburse you for the entire liability not covered by your credit card company, up to $50. Are all the pages on rickshawbags.com secure?
