Thought of giving this bag a try because of the rave reviews found online. I wasn't disappointed. The bag offered space and the fact that it was customizable (without any extra charges imposed) is of course very appealing. I only wished it was just a tad more sturdy and structured although that would probably compromise on weight. All in, I will recommend the bag.

I really love how lightweight and functional this bag is!. Having the possibility to remove the laptop sleeve it´s a great choice for short trips when an iPad is enough.

This is my second rickshaw back - I have a smaller one also. They are both awesome . They do not have all the extra straps and clips dangling that so many messenger bags have! And the customizing was easy and - really custom! The way the bags hug your body make them especially comfortable.

I have many different messenger bags from Chrome to RELoad to Timbuk2, and I have to say that this is my favorite of them all!! You guys make a damn great bag!
