Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Easy to use, Spacious
Cons: Heavy

This bag is great! It fits most of everything that I carry (which says a lot for any bag!), and it's really durable.

It can get a bit heavy sometimes with my daily load (Macbook Pro 15" w/sleeve and hard case, planner, files for work, Moleskine notebooks, pens, a pencil case, charger and extra cords for the computer, phone, and ipod, and any books that I need for school).

The shoulder straps are really comfortable. I love that they are easily adjustable too. All in all, this is a great buy.

Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Departmentalized compartments, Easy to use, Quality, Several Compartments, Spacious
Cons: -

This bag has been my messenger bags for several months now and I freakin' love this bag! It looks fantastic, it is comfortable, the length of the strap is EASILY adjustable, and there are so many compartments.

The quality of this product too is outstanding. You definitely get what you pay for in this case, these bags are well worth the price. You get the same feeling from this bag when you buy a sturdy pair of work shoes, you know those shoes are going to last you a long time even though you use them everyday. I feel the same about this bag, I feel that it is going to last me a long time even though I take it to work, throw it into my car, use it on my days off, etc etc.

The several compartments in this bag are extremely useful. I can easily separate my items in this bag. I have a pocket for my flash drive/usb cables/headphones, I have a pocket for my pens/pencils, I have a pocket for my work keys, I have a pocket for my papers, a very handy water bottle holder (two of them!), and within those compartments there are sleeves to work with to further divide and organize your items! It makes finding your things quick and easy.

The build quality and the departmentalized compartments are my top two reasons to recommend this bag.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My gf also really likes the look and feel of this bag, I will probably be buying another Rickshaw product very soon!

I've been using my Rickshaw Commuter bag daily for almost six months. It is the best laptop bag/briefcase I have ever had. The design is perfect, with just enough organizational pockets and a large main compartment. The laptop sleeve is perfectly sized for my MBP, but sadly doesn't reduce the weight... The construction of the bag is very good, and the design touches (like the handle and stiffened panels to ensure correct flap closure) make it a pleasure to use every day. Finally, paralyzed by the custom choices, I wanted to change the color after I ordered online. I called Rickshaw and got to a real person who made the change while the bag was in progress. Excellent service and highly recommended.

After a year since I bought my Commuter 2.0, I can honestly say its been one of the best laptop bags I've had so far. It fits everything perfectly without looking (or feeling) bulky. My 15" MacBook Pro, my iPad (in its Rickshaw sleeve of course), Kindle, moleskins, chargers, headphones, a couple of files folders and magazines. Aside from my everyday commute, I've traveled several times and fits perfectly under seat with room to spare. Aside from a tear on one the mesh pouches (which was totally my fault), its been a very durable bag. Even with a bright color like yellow, its resisted stains very well and has required minimal cleaning. I couldn't rant and rave more about this bag, and managed to get a couple of friends to grab one. If you're in the San Francisco area, definitely check out their factor store to play around with all the fabrics and colors to choose from.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! It gets so many comments and compliments each day! It holds everything needed for graduate school and keeps things organized. It held up to down pouring rain and blizzards here in SD! The print is very cool too! The bag is perhaps more money than some...but it is well worth the money. It is very durable and the shoulder straps make it a breeze to carry with minimal joint stress even when carrying 30# worth of textbooks! Would like to purchase matching accessories for this bag print...looks like rows of avocados.

Thanks for engineering the best bag ever!
