Love, love love the cross strap for my commuter bag. It make a huge difference with weight distribution. It gives a nice balance between weight on my hips and shoulder/back. it is so great it should be part of the package.

I love both my Commuter 2.0 and my iPad messenger bag. The magnets on the Commuter are wonderful, makes using it so much easier... And with the optional strap, its stable and comfortable to bike with, has better ventilation than a backpack. The bags are both built well, and I anticipate using them for a long time to come. Very happy with them!

This strap is a must for the commuter 2.0. It holds the bag in place, which is essential if you are a bike commuter, or take public transit.
The only drawback to the strap is its length. I am around 5'5" and quite thin, so this does mean that I have the strap cinched quite tight. As a result there is a large loop which hangs loose. It doesn't bother me but it may be an issue for others.

There is nothing more i can say about this bag other than it rocks. It fits all my needs well, and i have absolutely no complains. It is my favorite messenger bag now.
Nonetheless, if there was a zip on the top flap to allow easy access without opening, it would be perfect.
Good jobs guys :-)
